These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and f99bet ("f99bet", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your use of the f99bet website located at https://f99bet.club, including all subpages, services, games, betting markets, promotions, and any mobile-optimised interface made available by f99bet (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering an account on the f99bet Platform, by accessing any part of the Platform without registration, or by placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account if one exists.

f99bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, f99bet will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and f99bet.

f99bet operates the Platform as a commercially focused online entertainment service. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal, financial, or tax advice. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the f99bet Platform complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction. f99bet makes no representations as to the legality of online gambling from any specific location and expressly disclaims liability for players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where such activity is restricted or prohibited.

Access to the f99bet Platform and all services offered through it is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. f99bet enforces a strict 18+ policy without exception. No individual under the age of 18 is permitted to create an account, deposit funds, or place bets on the f99bet Platform under any circumstances.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering contracts are not eligible to use the Platform.
• Personal use: You must be using the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. Registering on behalf of a third party, a company, or any other legal entity is not permitted.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be registered under any self-exclusion programme — whether through f99bet itself or any other gambling operator — at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the Platform.
• Mental capacity: You must not be suffering from any medical condition, addiction, or impairment that affects your ability to make rational decisions regarding gambling. If you are in any doubt, please consult our Responsible Gaming page before proceeding.

f99bet employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the identity and age of all players. You may be required to provide government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used on the Platform at any point during your use of f99bet. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed or the account is closed.

To access the full range of services available on the f99bet Platform — including betting markets, live casino games, slots, and the VIP Club — you must register a personal account. Registration is subject to the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2 of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

• One account per person: Each player may hold only one active account at f99bet. Duplicate accounts — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices are used — are strictly prohibited. f99bet uses technical detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. f99bet accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has shared or failed to adequately protect their login details.
• Contact details: You must keep your registered contact details current. f99bet uses your registered mobile number and email address for account notifications, security alerts, and KYC requests. It is your responsibility to ensure these details remain accurate and that you have access to them at all times.
• Username and display name: Your chosen username must not be offensive, impersonate another person or brand, or constitute a trademark or intellectual property violation. f99bet reserves the right to require a username change at any time without prior notice.

f99bet reserves the right to refuse the registration of any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal. Approval of a registration application does not create any obligation on f99bet to continue to permit the use of the Platform by the registered player if subsequent information comes to light that would have grounds for refusal.

f99bet processes all player financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All monetary amounts displayed on the f99bet Platform are denominated in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise. f99bet does not process transactions in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion service is offered through the Platform.

Supported payment methods currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals on the f99bet Platform include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. f99bet reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue support for any payment method at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to available payment methods.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment account.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to individual account limits set by f99bet and/or the payment service provider. VIP Club members may be entitled to higher deposit limits in accordance with their tier benefits.
• Deposit processing time: Deposits are credited to your f99bet account balance in real time in the majority of cases. Processing delays may occur due to network issues with the payment provider. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact f99bet support with your transaction reference number.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification status. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience delays of up to 72 hours while documentation is reviewed.
• Payment method matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account wherever technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement. f99bet reserves the right to request additional documentation if a withdrawal is requested to a different payment method.

f99bet reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal in cases where: (a) the account has not completed KYC verification; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse; (c) a chargeback, dispute, or reversal has been initiated on any previous deposit; or (d) the withdrawal request relates to funds that are subject to active wagering requirements. In such cases, f99bet will notify the player and provide an estimated resolution timeframe.

Players are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number or account details provided for withdrawal are accurate and active. f99bet accepts no liability for funds sent to an incorrect mobile number or account provided by the player. Recovery of misdirected funds cannot be guaranteed.

f99bet offers a range of bonuses, promotional offers, free bets, cashback rewards, and VIP Club incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each individual offer. The general principles governing bonuses on the f99bet Platform are set out in this section.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in the promotion's individual terms. Some promotions are restricted to new players, while others are available only to existing, verified players. VIP Club bonuses are restricted to players who have achieved the qualifying tier.
• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be bet before a withdrawal of winnings derived from the bonus can be processed. Wagering requirements range across promotions and will be stated clearly in the promotion's terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet towards clearing a wagering requirement, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Validity periods: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Any bonus not wagered and any associated winnings not withdrawn within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the account without compensation.
• One bonus per promotion: Unless specifically stated otherwise, each player is eligible for each promotional offer only once. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times, including through the use of multiple accounts, constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited.
• Right to modify or withdraw: f99bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, the player will be informed and any bonus funds already credited will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of opt-in.

f99bet VIP Club members benefit from enhanced bonus terms, higher cashback percentages, and exclusive promotional access. VIP status is subject to the VIP Club's own terms and conditions, which should be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

All bets placed on the f99bet Platform are subject to these general betting rules, which apply across all product categories including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi), live casino, and slots. Product-specific rules are published within each respective section of the Platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is considered accepted and binding only when f99bet confirms acceptance and the bet appears as confirmed in your account transaction history. f99bet reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet placed by any player at any time without being required to provide a reason.
• Bet settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BPL governing authority for BPL matches). Where no official result is available, f99bet will use reliable third-party data sources to determine settlement. f99bet's settlement decision is final.
• Void bets: f99bet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or where the result is determined to have been manipulated or affected by irregular activity. Void bets are refunded to the player's account balance at the original stake amount.
• Obvious errors: Where a bet has been accepted at a price that contains an obvious error — whether due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure — f99bet reserves the right to void the bet or settle it at the correct price. The player will be notified of such action via their registered email or account notification.
• In-play betting: In-play or live betting markets are offered in real time. The speed of bets accepted during live events may be affected by market conditions, data feed latency, and f99bet's risk controls. Bets submitted during live events are not confirmed until a confirmation message is displayed on-screen and recorded in the player's account history.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum single-event winnings are subject to limits set by f99bet and may vary by sport, market, and game type. Maximum winnings limits are published within the relevant product section of the Platform. Any winnings exceeding the maximum limit will be settled at the maximum limit amount.

Casino games — including live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slots powered by Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and other certified providers — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by f99bet or by the player. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slots are published within each game's information panel.

Both f99bet and the player have the right to close a player account, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your f99bet account at any time by contacting the f99bet support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, f99bet will process the closure within 48 hours. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any open bonus wagering obligations.

f99bet-initiated suspension or closure: f99bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account, and to void any outstanding bets and withhold any balance pending investigation, where f99bet reasonably suspects or determines that any of the following has occurred:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Registration or use of the Platform by a person under the age of 18
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Operation of multiple accounts in violation of the one-account rule
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform
• Engagement in money laundering or use of the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity
• Initiation of a chargeback or payment dispute with a payment service provider relating to a deposit made on f99bet
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of Platform technical errors to obtain an unfair advantage

Accounts closed at the player's own request may be reopened upon application to f99bet support, provided the player was not subject to a self-exclusion order at the time of closure. Self-exclusion closures are irreversible for the period specified at the time of self-exclusion. See Section 8 for full details of the Responsible Gaming tools available on f99bet.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your f99bet account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged in to f99bet for a specified period of continuous play. These reminders are designed to encourage regular breaks from gambling activity.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your f99bet account for a period of between 24 hours and six weeks. During a cooling-off period your account is inaccessible and no deposits, bets, or withdrawals can be processed.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your f99bet account under our self-exclusion programme. Once self-exclusion is activated, your account is permanently closed and you will be prevented from opening a new account on f99bet. Self-exclusion is intended as a serious long-term measure and is not reversible for the specified exclusion period.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that you are aware of the risks associated with gambling and that you are participating voluntarily, using funds that you can afford to lose. f99bet shall not be liable for any financial loss, emotional distress, or other harm resulting from gambling activity on the Platform where such harm arises from the player's own gambling behaviour rather than from any fault or negligence on the part of f99bet.
